An AI agent that took over claims intake
Insurers send repair instructions by email, usually as a PDF. Every one used to be read and keyed into the job system by hand. I designed and delivered an agent that reads each instruction, extracts the details and creates the job, so the team only steps in for the exceptions.

- Reads each instruction email and its attachments as they arrive.
- Extracts the claim details. A second model re-checks the fields that most often go wrong.
- Opens the job in the client’s job-management system.
- Emails the sender when information is missing, and chases again on a timer.
- Hands anything it is unsure about to a person, with the reason.
